The owner of the building wanted to help a few of the tenants and pay for their laundry to be done by a professional company. I somehow got connected with Oscar, and I was so amazed by his professionalism, heart of service, and follow through. I never met him, but he made it sooooo easy via phone call/text. Even when our property manager was having a hard time setting up an account due to our own credit card issue, Oscar offered to still pick up by a tight deadline (even before the account and, therefore, payment were set up). His staffperson, Stephen, arrived right on time with a huge smile and a willingness to help us load the many bags of laundry into the van. He said the laundry would be returned in 2 days. The very next day, I was contacted by Josh who was on his way to drop off the laundry. Our tenants were so shocked by the individually hung (on hangers) jackets with plastic covers on top, and the neatly folded clothes in plastic bags. Mind you, these tenants barely have enough money to use a coin laundry. They were so so touched by the high quality and care of the laundry service. The building owner was also so grateful. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and told me about the loyalty point and coupons. Which is very is nice and appreciated. They also, ask you what kind of detergent you want to use.
